As a family-owned company rooted in France, Superga Beauty remains true to its founding values, prioritizing people and long-term commitment.

Driven by our convictions, we have always embraced our responsibility towards the environment and have implemented concrete actions on environmental, social, and societal levels.

Our goal: To be the most exemplary supplier, supporting our clients in their environmental and societal commitments and enabling them to communicate their actions through certified, quantitative, and innovative tools. This is achieved through our 3 pillars of commitment.

REVOLVES AROUND 3 PILLARS

  • The first pillar is innovation.

Combining excellence with ethics and responsibility: this is the challenge that Superga Beauty has chosen to take on. Our Group remains committed to ecological transition across our entire value chain, from formulation to packaging selection and promotion. Our goal is that by 2030, 100% of our innovations will be eco-designed.

  • The second pillar is the environment.

We are committed to respecting and protecting it through a series of actions guided by our annual carbon footprint assessment. This helps us identify our emission sources and areas for improvement, with a goal to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% by 2030.

reduction in direct emissions from combustion sources (506 tCO2e) compared to 2021 (718 tCO2e). This decrease primarily results from reduced energy consumption, which represents the most significant source of emissions in our carbon footprint (over 80% of total emissions).

Our ecosystem includes our employees, clients, suppliers, and, beyond that, society as a whole.

For them, we move forward with a guiding principle: inclusivity for everyone. 

Our social policy ensures equality among all our employees, as well as their safety and quality of life at work.

We are also a patron of La Maison des Femmes, a partner of the FACE foundation, and a signatory of its “One in Three Women” charter.

Invested in the energy and environmental transition, we aim to be the leading industrial partner for cosmetic brands looking to accelerate their own transition.

In 2023, our efforts were rewarded by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) with a rating of A-, placing us among the companies demonstrating increased awareness of environmental issues and effectively managing their impact and resource use.

This recognition honors us and encourages us to redouble our efforts. We are only at the beginning of this journey.
