As of April 1st, Superga Beauty has officially become the owner of the Cosmeurop perfume production site in Strasbourg<\/strong>, concluding discussions initiated several months ago with the L’Or\u00e9al Group.<\/p>\n

L’Or\u00e9al had acquired this site in late March 2020 from the Clarins Group as part of the acquisition of the Mugler and Azzaro brands. It remains committed for the next three years with a gradual disengagement.<\/p>\n

With the acquisition of the Cosmeurop site from L’Or\u00e9al, Superga Beauty accelerates its development and continues its industrial investments in France.<\/strong> Already the owner of five industrial sites, the subcontractor now operates across the entire beauty manufacturing chain: maceration, production, filling, copacking, and full service.<\/p>\n

Superga Beauty aims to double its turnover within the next three years. After multiple acquisitions in recent years, the family-owned French group has gradually become a key player in the beauty industry in Europe and recently expanded its presence in India with the creation of Superga Beauty India in March 2021.<\/p>\n

Cosmeurop : A leading industrial tool<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

This new acquisition allows Superga Beauty to enhance its industrial capabilities<\/strong> and acquire outstanding production capacities (700,000 liters per year) with recognized industrial excellence in perfumery, which the group intends to leverage for its development. The 16,000m\u00b2 Cosmeurop site is located in Strasbourg, near highways, and holds ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 22716 certifications.<\/p>\n

“Our position in the beauty market has undeniably strengthened in recent years in the Full-Service\/Full Buy market for manufacturing and\/or packaging. This operation represents a major step. We will massively expand into the perfume market by introducing this extraordinarily efficient tool to perfume groups,” notes Leslie Breau Meniger, President of Superga Beauty.<\/p>\n

Conquering new markets<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

“We emphasize subcontracting and its development. Our ambition is to have sites that are as performant on all aspects (quality, safety, HSE, etc.) as those of the brands so that they trust us 100%,” explains Leslie Breau Meniger. She adds, “We aim to support brands from the smallest to the largest with a complementary and highly agile offering across all our production sites.”<\/p>\n

To achieve this, Superga Beauty is strengthening its commercial structure to meet its goals of diversifying its activities. This latest acquisition is part of a dynamic strategy that will enable Superga Beauty to meet high-volume order demands across various distribution channels.<\/p>\n
